Jai K. Sudharsan is an Investment Banker with over 25 years of experience in Project Finance, Mergers & Acqui sions, IPOs, Reverse Mergers, Carve Outs, Distress & Turnaround Funding,
Private Equity, Venture Capital and Family Office Management.
He is the Chairman of Finishers Championship Pty Ltd and has been intrinsically involved in the stewardship of the Finishers Championship Brand, Franchise Development activites and Financing.
He has worked with major Wall Street and City of London Firms, Sovereign Wealth Funds and UHNWI Offices on a global basis. His track record includes successful assignments with Fortune
500 enterprises like Ford Motor Company, Toyota, P&O, Maersk, BT, Verizon, BASF, BP, ExxonMobil, Delta Airlines, AMADEUS, Time Warner and Disney.
Prior to branching out independently in 2011, he served as Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in New York City, leading the Firm’s Strategic Advisory business.
Earlier in his career, he was engaged in Logistics and Systems Engineering work in support of various US Government Agencies.
A Qualified Engineer, his work on bio-diesel fuel adopt on has been recognized by the United States Patent and Trademark Office vide USPTO Trademark Serial Number: 85125561. He is
a Member of the UK Institute on of Engineering and Technology and received his MBA degree with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Emory University.
