ACCREDITATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions are designed to ensure a fair, correct, and efficient functioning of the Accreditation process related to Finishers Championship™ Qatar 2024.
The bearer named in the Accreditation Card is subject to these Accreditation Terms and Conditions and any other applicable laws and regulations.
The Finishers Championship™ Qatar 2024 Accreditation Card (Accreditation Card) and the attached access privileges are personal to the bearer named in the Accreditation Card and are nontransferable. The bearer agrees to visibly display the Accreditation Card at all times within the Controlled Access Area (CAA) while on duty. It is not a match ticket/invitation, nor does it grant the right to a spectator seat.
The bearer undertakes and agrees to act in compliance with the applicable laws of Qatar, the Rules and Regulations governing the Finishers Championship™ Qatar 2024 (the Competition), and abide by all lawful and reasonable directions of authorized personnel of Finishers Championship™ while in the CAA. This includes, but is not limited to, adhering to specified places, times of access to different areas, and activities to be carried out therein.
The Accreditation Card remains the property of Finishers Championship™ and can be withdrawn and/or canceled with immediate effect at the sole discretion of Finishers Championship™ if it appears that the bearer has not adhered to the Accreditation Terms and Conditions or failed to act in compliance with the applicable laws of Qatar, the Rules and Regulations governing the Competition, and the lawful and reasonable directions of Finishers Championship™ authorized personnel. Without prejudice to any legal actions that may be taken against the bearer for such incidents, the bearer will be refused entry to or expelled from the relevant CAA(s).
The bearer may not sell, offer to sell, or otherwise transfer whole or part ownership of his/her Accreditation Card in any way. The Accreditation Card may not be used for any commercial purpose, including, without limitation, promotion or advertising. Additionally, the bearer agrees to be filmed, televised, photographed, or otherwise recorded during the Finishers Championship™ Qatar 2024. Finishers Championship™ and third parties authorized by Finishers Championship™ may use such images or recordings free of charge or compensation.
The Accreditation Card is granted to the bearer purely for access purposes and shall not constitute any agreement between Finishers Championship™ and the bearer regarding Finishers Championship™ liability toward the bearer or any third party during access to and activities carried out by the bearer within the CAA. The bearer hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Finishers Championship™ against, without limitation:
– Any claim of any nature whatsoever from any third party.
– Any loss or damage from any cause whatsoever suffered by the bearer.
– Any loss or damage from any cause whatsoever suffered by the bearer arising out of the implementation of the Accreditation Terms and Conditions.
